From the wrath of the seas to booming thunder, the Gods of Olympus have arrived! This show provides a powerful and energetic portrayal of a small pantheon of well-known Greek Gods. 

Movement 1 opens up with a preshow of the vast ocean that begins to churn as loud horns beckon forth our first god, Poseidon God of the Sea. His entrance is announced using a snippet of Bach's Fugue in G minor. Movement 2 changes the timbre to a more delicate and beautiful soundscape to represent Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and Beauty. Movement 3 violently takes to Hephaestus, the God of blacksmiths and craftsmen, with the loud sounds of the anvil ringing through the ensemble. As we finish in Movement 4, loud and present horns harken to the arrival of the God of Thunder, Zeus.
